Ingredients:
-formatted MM:de T-Factor Diet bk
1/2 tsp Basil
1/4 tsp Thyme
1/4 tsp Dill weed
1/4 tsp Celery seed
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Dried parsley
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and grind with a mortar and pestle. Store in a
small herb jar. Makes 1 3/4 teaspoons.

If substituting fresh herbs for the dry in this mixture; triple the
amount called for. As fresh is less potent than dried.

Per teaspoon: 285mg sodium Contains only trace amounts of other
nutrients too small to evaluate.
