Ingredients:
3 3/4 cup Sweet Quick Bread Mix
2 Eggs -- beaten
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 medium Bananas -- mashed
1/2 cup Chopped nuts
Instructions:
Preheat oven 325F. Grease one 9x5 or two 7x3 loaf pans; set aside. In
med bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring to blend. Turn into
prepared pan or pans. Bake 50 - 60 min in preheated oven until a
wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on rack 5 min.
Turn out of pan. Cool right-side up on rack. Makes 1 or 2 loaves.
