Ingredients:
1/4 cup Durkee Hot Sauce -- plus 2 T
12 oz Sharp cheddar cheese --
Shredded
4 oz Blue cheese -- crumbled
8 oz Cream cheese -- softened
1/3 cup Margarine or butter --
Softened
Instructions:
Combine Hot sauce and other ingredients in food processor or mixer.
Beat until smooth. Chill. Remove 20 minutes before serving. Yields 5
cups.
