Ingredients:
4 each chicken breasts
1 can rotel tomatoes (optional)
1 can creamy onion soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg ranch doritos
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 lbs mexician velveeta cheese
1 pk (or 3 Tbl) Taco Seasoning
Instructions:
1. Boil chicken breasts and cut in cubes
2. save 1/2 broth from chicken
3. layer cubed chicken in 9x13 pan
4. slice cheese and put on top of chicken
5. mix,soups,rotel tomatoes,taco seasoning and 1/2 bag crushed doritos
6. pour over chicken and cheese
7. put rest of crushed doritos on top of soup mixture
8. pour chicken broth on top
9. bake 350 20-30 minutes.till hot and bubbly
10. sever over rice (optional)
