Ingredients:
2 cup Oats, old-fashioned
1 1/2 cup Almonds, chopped
1 cup Coconut, shredded
1/2 cup Wheat germ, toasted
1 tsp Salt
14 oz Milk, sweetened condensed
1/4 cup Oil, vegetable
1 1/2 cup Raisins
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300F. In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds,
coconut, wheat germ and salt. Stir in milk and oil and mix
thoroughly. Spread on a paper-lined shallow baking pan and bake,
stirring occasionally, for 1 hour, or until golden. Stir in raisins.
Let cool and store in an airtight container.

Per 1/2 cup: 341 cal, 9g pro, 16g fat, 43g car, 192mg sod, 12mg chol.
