Ingredients:
4 cup Flour
1 cup White sugar (granulated)
1 cup Light brown sugar
1 cup Shortening or butter
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 Egg
1 cup Sour milk
Instructions:
Mix flour, sugar and baking powder in bowl with butter. Add 1 beaten
egg to milk. Add 1 cup sour milk and baking soda. Mix with hands,
like you would for pie dough. When thoroughly mixed, cut into 4
parts and put in pie tins. Bake at 350 degrees for
