Ingredients:

MMMMMCRUST

1 lb Lean ground beef
1/2 cup Tomato sauce
1/2 cup Dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup Chopped onion
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/4 cup Chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp Oregano

MMMMMFILLING

1 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
1 1/3 cup Uncooked minute rice
1 cup Water
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese,
Divided
Instructions:
Press combined crust ingredients over bottom and up sides of a 9" pie
plate. Pour combined tomato sauce, rice, water, salt and 3/4 cup
cheddar cheese into crust. Cover with foil and bake 25 mintues at
350F. Remove foil; sprinkle with remaining cheese and
