Ingredients:
3 cup Iceberg lettuce, torn into 1-inch pieces
1 medium Tomato, chopped
1 cup Broccoli flowerets
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
1 cup Carrots, grated
1/4 cup Scallions
1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
1 cup Spicy Vinaigrette
Instructions:
Combine lettuce, tomato, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, scallion and
walnuts in a large salad bowl. Toss to distribute evenly. Pour Spicy
Vinaigrette Dressing over.
