  Homemade Taco Seasoning Mix (Dry)

Ingredients:
6 tsp Chili powder
5 tsp Paprika
4 1/2 tsp Cumin
2 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
3 tsp Onion powder
1/8 tsp To 1/4 t cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Mix well. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 6
months. Shake well before using. The amount of any ingredient can be
adjusted to individual taste. Some people add a teaspoon of sugar
and/or oregano. Use 3 tablespoons-or more or less to taste-of the mix
and 1 cup of water to each pound of raw ground beef.
